This is the large board in the traditional line. It measures roughly 12" x 18" and 1.25-1.5" thick. The large board comes standard with handles, rubber feet and a juice groove. The large board is great for dicing and cutting vegetables and prep as well as handling and filleting large cuts of meat. Free engraving optional - add the name as you want it to appear on the board before adding to cart. Care Instructions

  • Do not place board in dishwasher or submerge in water
  • Natural wood will warp if left to soak up water
  • Use board butter or mineral oil often especially in dry climates. Use after every few washes or when looking dry
  • Sunlight will darken wood and pull the color out of the exotic woods leaving them brown losing their luster.
  • Scrub with hot soapy water without submerging, rinse and towel dry
