These are all natural hardwood edge grain cheese boards and work amazing for cutting cheese. The thin wire cuts perfect slices each time and the cheese will not stick to it like it does a knife. These boards are perfect for entertaining as well and large enough to hold a good sized block of cheese as well as a stack of crakcers or some deli meet.
